Understanding Recurrent Abdominal Pain

Abdominal pain that comes and goes for a long period of time can have many causes. We provide comprehensive evaluation and personalised treatment plans.

Complex Causes

Recurrent abdominal pain may come about because of damage to the gut, from an inflammatory condition or altered function and/or altered sensitivity of the gut.

Altered Gut Function

Altered gut function may be a result of previous infections, altered gut motility, dietary intolerance, or psychological factors, to name a few.

Comprehensive Evaluation

Your GP may investigate with blood tests or other tests. We provide specialised evaluation to identify the root cause of your child's pain.
